I train people to become an expert in themselves.
Brandi Bratek is a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC®) with over 25 years of experience helping athletes perform at their best when it matters most. She has worked with a wide range of performers, including Olympic medalists, WTA Tour players, college athletes, nationally ranked juniors, and competitive club players.
In addition to her work in sport, Brandi brings a unique depth of experience from her extensive work with the U.S. military. She has served as a Mental Performance Consultant for both the U.S. Air Force and the U.S. Army, working with elite performers in some of the world’s highest-pressure environments, including fighter pilots, instructors, and Special Forces. This experience has sharpened her ability to help athletes manage pressure, stay composed, and execute at the highest stakes.
Her expertise extends into resilience, sleep, and overall human performance—critical factors that directly impact an athlete’s ability to train, recover, and compete consistently. She has developed performance curricula for both the U.S. Army and Air Force and has taught at the Air Command and Staff College on fatigue, sleep, and their impact on both performance and long-term health.
Brandi is also a certified breathwork facilitator, using individualized breathing protocols to help athletes regulate their nervous system, improve focus, and perform more consistently under pressure.
Her coaching is further strengthened by her on-court experience. Brandi has coached at the collegiate level, including positions at the University of Arkansas, San Diego State, and the University of the Incarnate Word, and has been selected by the USTA to coach at the Brewer Team Cup.
She continues to compete internationally and is a two-time International Tennis Federation World Championship Mixed Doubles 45’s gold medalist. She has represented the United States on the ITF World Team multiple times and was selected to captain the Women’s 45’s team in 2026. She is also a five-time USTA National Champion in mixed and women’s doubles.
Blending decades of experience with ongoing elite competition, Brandi brings a rare perspective—helping athletes not only understand the mental game, but apply it in real performance environments to compete with confidence, clarity, and consistency.
